You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or misuse our forms, or submit false information. Content is provided in good faith; event details may change and we may update or remove pages at any time.

Intellectual property

The Wayback Wednesdays name, logo, artwork, photography, copy and design elements on this site are owned by Wayback Wednesdays or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written consent. Third-party names and marks, including the Historic Columbia Club and Eventbrite, belong to their respective owners.

Photography and video notice

Wayback Wednesdays events are photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant Wayback Wednesdays the right to use that footage for promotional and archival purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be featured, let a member of our team know at the event and email wednesdayswayback@gmail.com to request removal of a specific image.

Event participation

Attendance is subject to our Ticket Policy, the published dress code and the rules of the Historic Columbia Club. Events are for adults; valid identification may be required. Entry may be refused or revoked without refund for conduct that violates these terms or venue policy.

Acceptable conduct

We are committed to an elegant, welcoming evening for every guest. Harassment, discrimination, intoxicated or disruptive behavior, damage to venue property and disregard for staff instructions are not tolerated. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for arranging safe transportation home.

Limitation of liability

Wayback Wednesdays, its organizers, partners and the venue are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to property at an event, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
