Ticket Policy

All sales are final

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are issued only if the event is canceled by the organizer. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified by email and refunded through Eventbrite.

Ticket transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please forward your confirmation to the guest attending in your place and email us at wednesdayswayback@gmail.com with the new guest’s name so the guest list and any dinner or VIP reservation stays accurate.

Dinner tickets

Dinner tickets are tied to the Columbia Club meal guarantee. Once the guarantee is submitted to the venue, the meal count is committed and dinner tickets cannot be refunded. Dinner service ends at the published time — guests arriving after that time may not be able to be served, and no refund or credit is provided for a missed seating.

VIP tables

A VIP purchase reserves an entire table, not individual seats. The table is held for your party for the duration of the evening and is priced accordingly. Individual seats within a VIP table are not sold separately.

Schedule and entertainment changes

Event times, programming and entertainment may change if necessary. Substitutions or adjustments to the lineup or schedule are not grounds for a refund. We will announce material changes by email and on this website.

Official ticketing platform

Eventbrite is the official ticketing platform for Wayback Wednesdays. Tickets purchased through any other seller or reseller cannot be verified or honored, and Eventbrite’s own terms apply to your purchase.

Entry

Please bring your Eventbrite confirmation and be prepared to present valid identification. Dress code and event details are published on the Upcoming Event page.
